I'm so excited. I think, I don't know if we like, I feel like we handled and had to

reschedule or something. I don't even remember, but we're finally here and I'm so excited.

For those who maybe have been living under a rock and don't know who you are, could you just give whatever pieces of your story that, you know, feel like coming out today?

So I'm known as the, I lead what I call my pleasure over pressure movement and this could mean so much for so many people.

Primarily I work with entrepreneurs but also I have like stay-at-home moms and nurses

and people who just come to me because my clients call me the nervous system regulation

fairy or my energy is like Xanax without the side effects.

My Virgo energy is like very grounding and also I think one of my gifts is to be able to explain

the the ways that we can like start to feel better if you said like why are you here on

those planet I would be like I just want to help people feel good.
