Summary

Who’s the happiest person you know? You know, that one person who always seems to be in a chipper mood, no matter how good or bad things are going. They just keep smiling. Being all nice and stuff? Maybe you’ve wondered how anyone can be so darn jolly all the time. Is this all an act? Or is this person really this happy? And if so, how is this even possible? A couple of researchers set out to discover what it is about these happy people that makes them so … well, happy. What they found might surprise you. In fact, it's really quite simple. So simple that anyone can do it, including you. Find out what this "one thing" was on today’s QOD episode with guest speaker, Pamela Jett. Enjoy.
