But this is one that I came across. You know, I wanted to just let it naturally come to me. And I just, you know, came across from Iron Cowboy James. He did 50, I know he did 50 triathlons in 50 states and 50 days. And I think he did 100 as well. He followed up and crushed his record afterwards. I don't know if it was in |

And especially for a lot of people who are, whether you're just getting starting or finished journey. And I know, you know, a lot of people have been here for a while, but you just maybe struggle with being consistent and everything. Just keep showing up. Keep, you know, even if you're not able to show up at 100%. there's going to be some weeks you you show up at 70 you show up at 80 and you just do the best you possibly can for that current circumstance um so yeah that's going to be my biggest thing going to keep it short and sweet just keep showing up you know if at the end of this year you're able to say hey i've shown up every single week the best i possibly could you're going to be in such a different place by the end of the year but I'd say a lot of people say they're going to keep showing up and then it gets tough and then a small injury occurs or, you know, I'm not trying to put people down here, but I just, I want you to keep showing up because it's going to be incredible what you can accomplish when you do. I believe in every single one of you. So show up and you'll just watch the results |
