Hey everyone, Ben-Cou Radio, how an earth are you doing? Good day, sir, and madam.

So this is the short Monday show, should be under 10 minutes, we'll see how we get on.

Today I want to discuss

0:14.0

LIS versus HIT-based training and the reason for this and we have discussed it

0:19.7

indirectly in the bigger context of questions when users right into the show.

0:26.4

1:40.9

do a couple of emails so I'd kind of get in my bed and you know I work from homes

1:45.3

It was just you know chill time Whereas usually I might be in my standing office music on dancing around a bit know, just moving generally a lot more and actually when you add all this stuff up over the course of a day, it adds up to quite a bit of activity.

2:01.0
