I think it's always a critical time to have this conversation because you should always take really good care of your health.

But especially now with COVID, I think that's like through medical decision making and health choices,

right to the center of our life, it isn't going away anytime soon.

So particularly now for the past, I don't know how many months and looking into the future, it's virtual.

And look, we believe in information and being educated in its empowerment.

And I struggled with this.

I don't think I'm alone when you're faced with a choice around your own health.
