Welcome back to another episode of wellness realness.

Today is going to be a solo episode and I have been wanting to sit down and kind of catch

everyone up on what's been going on. I was talking about this on

Instagram the other week and a bunch of people were asking for an update episode and sent in

some questions. So I thought I would answer those, update you. I always love the sit back and chill episodes. So hopefully you enjoy it.
