Well, we know tips. I mean, you resisted therapy and then you love therapy. I know that's true. I feel like breath work.

Breath work is just harder. I mean, I know breath work would change my life. I just very.

That's I'm going to do. I've committed mid August to doing breath work every single day for a year or a week.

I love I like a week. Yeah. I like the week because it's intense. You definitely like

it's intense, but it's been so incredibly healing and every single time I resist doing it. So I'm like, oh,

the opposite. It feels like the things I resist would be my intuition telling me now.
