Hey Bob here, welcome back to the show episode 350 today.

I would like to address the elephant in the room and that elephant in my mind is the

realization that it is so much harder to build a business in the network marketing and

social selling profession today than it was in 2020 and there are a lot of people today

that are struggling big time.

And so I wanted to share just kind of my thoughts on this topic because I know that many of

you are probably going through a lot of challenges in your business right now.

Your sales are down, your results are down, it feels like your team is falling apart.

I felt like it would be important for me to record this episode today to let you know that

you are not alone.

This is the single most common thing that I hear across the board.

So I want to kind of if just knowing you're not alone, it doesn't change your problems,

okay, but I think it's helpful to understand this is not a company or a team specific thing.

This is a profession.

This is a systematic change that we're starting to experience in our profession.

But I also want to share with you what I think the plan is to really getting out of this

stuck that many of you are in.

And so I just want to share some of my thoughts around what I think happened and more importantly

what I think you need to do today to get your business back on the right track.
