Thank you. Well, welcome everybody to today's show. My name is Mark Kohler here with my amazing co-host, Matt Sorensen.

Hey, Mark. Always a pleasure. I've got is for a day. Yeah, I think it's going to be a great show. And we want to thank all of you that are listening in, maybe new listeners out there. This is a show about protecting our wealth, growing it, building it, better living the American dream, maybe saving a few taxes along the way. We're doing it all, right?

Yeah, we're trying to touch it all.

We're talking about, you know, creating wealth today and some personal financial planning,

which I'm actually excited for.

We have an awesome guest today.

So a lot to learn this afternoon.

And oddly enough, I was just talking about the topic of our discussion today with my mother-in-law,

who is in town.

So I know it's on the minds of a lot of people.

How do you build wealth and plan for retirement?

Well, just the fact you're having a positive conversation with your mother-in-law,

I count that a win, Matt. All right. Okay, there you go. Well, and you know, if some of you're listening here and you're thinking financial planning and blah, blah, blah, blah, let me say this. This is a really important point. When I can't count how many small business owners I meet and I say, what's your

retirement plan? And they say, it's my business. I'm going to sell my business someday or I'm going to

make more money doing this or that with my business. And I've fallen in the same trap too a little bit.
