just assessed where you were at. So today I want you to pull out your top 10 goals that you wrote

And as part of your routine, hopefully you really are following that routine that we went through

of you doing your workout, you meditating, and then writing out those top 10 goals every single

day as well as your top three, your daily grind and moving the needle from there.

So in looking at your top 10 goals today, have they shifted over,

you know, the past couple weeks? What has been more defining to you? What has become a definite

that you must achieve that you're like amped about it? And just looking at those goals and knowing

how much they've shifted, how much they've cemented

over the past three weeks, what for each one, which ones are you feeling that you've been

consistent, that you've been present with, that you've put in time and energy and effort.
