But like the hotness factor really is important to me as someone who truly lost myself postpartum, to be quite honest,

which is so related to the episode we're going to talk about today because I truly believe one of the best things I ever did that helped me even on my journey, my first time journey as a first time mom,

was I'm so glad the habits and the work I did to my relationship to food and body before

getting pregnant because, gosh, it was a journey and having a leg up, having great food

and nutrition and exercise habits and even mental health

practices really, really helped find myself again. And, you know, when I say the word hot,

you know, feeling hot is like I wanted to feel hot because I wanted to feel like myself again.

I wanted to feel like myself before having a baby. And, you know, that's so important for so many

women. But going into your journey, you know, a lot of times women will come to me and they'll say things like, you know, that's so important for so many women, but going into your journey, you know,
