On today's episode, I'm joined by one of my 1:1 coaching clients, Allison, who's sharing how she broke through her plateau and lost the last 10 pounds — not by pushing harder, but by doing less.

It sounds counterintuitive, but "less" can actually be the key to better fat loss. When you're stuck, it's rarely about motivation or effort. More often, your effort is solid… but your plan isn't intentionally targeting what's truly holding you back.

In the episode, Allison opens up about:

✔️ What she did to lose the first 10 pounds postpartum versus the last 10 pounds on her journey, and what had to shift.

✔️ Why intentionality matters more than intensity for body fat loss.

Oh, I'm so excited. Let's go back to the beginning. Yeah. When you first joined TSN and you first decided you wanted to lose weight, what had you done before that? What really inspired that first kind of investment into yourself of like, hey, I want to make a change here? I came to the membership. Gosh, it was way back

in January, 24. And I had been working on my own since August. I was seven weeks postpartum in August.
