You know, if you're able to get your workouts in nice and early, that way you can enjoy your weekend, enjoy some R&R, enjoy some time with family. I think like, you know, once again, going back to everyone's fitness journey is just so many people are focused on just lifting as much as they possibly can and, you know, just this stuff isn't talked about enough. And that's why I always like to go back and circle back to it every couple weeks or every couple months with like all the new listeners we get just to kind of give you a reminder like spend some time unfocus or you know not even unfocused but |
