We have been given this ability, this power to choose.

And we have to realize that thoughts are always going to come.

They're always going to come out of nowhere.

They're always going to show up.

But we have the ability.

You have the ability to observe your thoughts, to become the observer, to contemplate those thoughts as well,

and to choose which ones you want to pay attention to.

And when you can practice that, and when you can master that,

the whole game changes.
