is what we make it? We can make failure a stop sign or we can roll right

through it. We can make failure just to form a feedback or we can make failure

The victim looks at failure and gets knocked down. The leader looks at failure

and asks themselves, what's the opportunity here? You see every single one of us

at work, I'll put it to this way, the more you dream at work, the more you raise

your standards, the more you say, I want to play at world class. I'm going to tell

you something. You're going to get bloodied. The more you innovate, the more you're

going to stumble. Even in your personal life, the more you dream, the more you

reach, the more you dare, the more you're going to get hurt. That's just the price

of ambition. My challenge to you is rather than when you fail at work because

you're innovating or trying something new or being more authentic, rather than

giving up and contracting, ask yourself, how can I use this failure to grow? My
