What is up everyone? I am super excited about this episode before we dive in

I want to give you a quick recap of what's going on

I just got back from Argentina

last week and I realized the week I got back here in LA

It was good to be back. You know I was gone for a few weeks playing with the USA men's national handball team

But you know what something I typically do this habit that I have so I come back from a trip

I tend to just eat a bunch of junk. I eat a bunch of crappy food. My vice is sweets man

put some brownies and cheese cake in front of me and

Game over I will crush those things and

It's always been my thing for whatever reason. I just love sweets. It's just I got a sweet tooth type of guy, right?

You know, I don't smoke I'd never drink I've never been drunk in my life

I'll have like a sip every once once in a while

But I've never been into those things but man sugar is is my addiction, right?

And I'm on this

Living in LA. This is only LA. I know high old boy would never do this unless he's lived in LA for four years

Which is how long I've been here now. I'm doing a little cleanse a little juice and smoothie cleanse

Three days and I'm on day two and it's been a little

It's been a little challenging for me
