I haven't done a solo round in a long time and a lot of you have been asking when you

are going to come on and share some of your own wisdom.

You constantly bring great guests on and trust me we've got some incredible guests coming

up.

We've got Mary Ann Williamson coming up next and a lot of other great people but everyone

keeps saying we come back on and share some wisdom.

So I just got back from Buenos Aires Argentina.

I was there for about two weeks with the U.S. Men's National Handball team playing in

the Pan American Championships and we didn't do as well as we would have liked.

We lost a couple of close games early on and it kind of put us in the middle of pack

unfortunately.

It was a lot of fun getting to play with my teammates and really just being present
