Well, it's a very sunny morning in North Devon.

It's absolutely a beautiful autumn day in Great Malvern.

Well, that's nice then.

That's something to be cheerful about.

I know. We've just been out for breakfast.

I think it's just a bit wrong going out for breakfast personally,

but we went to the key cafe in Brawnton.

It's my favourite Saturday morning activity. Go for a run, park run, although shock horror, Worcester Park Run cancelled this morning because a tree had fallen down.

So I had to go to the gym instead.

It's what the queen would have wanted.

It's like on the way back from the cafe we had to cross a road and my auntie Esther is 86.

So her daughter, my cousin was pushing her in a wheelchair and they were like way ahead of me

because obviously I'll hop along with my knee and we had to cross the road and the the signal went beep beep when

it went green and I said honestly shouldn't North Devon District Council of silence the beeps it's

what the Queen would have wanted which we'll come onto a bit later. She did think it was very funny.

Did she? Did she? Good. Okay. No, and then out to brunch, park run, brunch. That's my Saturday morning,

when you're not forcing me to pay attention to you through the podcast. Well, I had an egg, bacon and

sausage bap for my breakfast and I feel very,

very full and my stomach is making funny noises, so apologies if that comes through on the microphone.

Will you have a Devon Cream tea later on? Actually, that's a really good idea because I think

they had plans to go for a long walk, but I've scuppered them because I said I just
