well, I'm sure we have never talked about on the podcast before. And that is growing microgreens.

And I'll actually be talking to you about why I haven't talked about microgreens yet coming up.

But today we have a special interview with Jonah Krocmolnick. I had to check to make sure that I said his

name right. And he is a former microgreen farmer who is now helping other people learn how to grow

microgreens and helping other people learn how to become microgreen farmers as a business as well.

I never knew how much information that you could learn

about growing microgreens and how beneficial it is and how easy it could be. So if you are stuck

inside in the winter, not able to grow a whole lot of anything, or maybe you live in a climate

like me in the summer where sometimes

it gets too hot to grow a lot of these green crops. This is something you definitely want to pay

attention to because it's something that you may find yourself embarking on and really enjoying

the journey. So let's get to my conversation with Jonah and learn how to grow microgreens.
