Good evening.

So, just got back from an event at Eschelonfront, this event that we call the Council.

And what is we have a small group of about 20 leaders.

We do it out in a very remote location in Northeast Washington State.

And it's an opportunity to really get in depth with some leadership tools, with some high

level leaders that are running in most cases, very large organizations.

And when I was up there, I just wanted to share some of what I talked about while I was

there and actually one specific idea that I first conceptualized at the Council last

year.

And I went up there and essentially what happened was it was a pretty interesting dynamic.

I get up there and we're sitting down.

It's a small group.

There's like 15 or 20 people there.

And Lafe was telling a story about us being overseas or us going through training and

he kind of told a story where I came in, came in at some point and made like a leadership

decision and boom, it helps solve whatever the scenario was.

And then Andrew Paul was up there and Andrew Paul told the story.

That was something was going on and then I came in and kind of made some decision.

And then Lafe told another one and so for whatever reason, they both told a couple stories

each that were illustrating some leadership point.
