glute activation exercise the bird dog yeah yeah um I just it's working but basically they made they got the head of or the designer from

Lulu lemon and said hey can you make us a better short he designed him for them

they sell them on the internet they're about 50 bucks so they're a lot cheaper than Lulu lemon and they sent us a couple pair and we were like yeah, whatever that's a lot cheaper than little lemon. Yeah, I think Lulu lemon's like 80 for a pair of shorts, but they sent them to us and I initially was like these are going to be like

we've had a couple other companies do that and I wear them and like these are just

shitty these are the best fucking shorts I've ever worn in my entire life to the point where we talk about them on the

show all the time and they won't send me anymore but I don't care I need more

they have them in all different like you can get them in like the long length halfway the short they've got the liner inside

But it's not compression so it doesn't like restrict your ball bag, but it keeps it from you don't get chafed you can wear I'm surfing interesting and

it's got the best pockets in the world I every single person that I've recommended

I just a guy wrote me today because I finally broke down and bought the

fucking bird dogs everyone goes you're right they're the best shorts what's the

reason for their name oh I remember I've read about this once that they used to

call a dude who was like top of his

game like some dude that would like do really cool shit or like get laid a lot they were
