Summary

Are your assumptions secretly running the show? In this episode, we’re diving into how assumptions shape our decisions and relationships—often without us even realizing it. I share personal stories, like my old red convertible days, and explore how our minds love shortcuts (hello, confirmation bias!). Together, we’ll unpack practical ways to identify and challenge those sneaky thoughts holding you back, so you can reframe your perspective and step into a more intentional way of living. Trust me, you don’t want to miss this one!
