I am certified as a personal trainer. I got certified four years ago but haven't had much time to use that in my current position.

physical aspect of their training. I think the biggest struggle I see with men with

fitness is not that they're not willing to do it but that it

becomes an idle to them it becomes their identity it becomes how they define themselves and how they feel about themselves.

And so that can work for a while, but when people really begin to struggle and find that that's not enough for them,
