| 0:00.0 | Hi everyone and welcome to a time of being still and being loved. My name is Elisa Keaton. I'm so glad to do this with you today. |
| 0:14.1 | So begin to take some big breath in and out |
| 0:19.6 | and settle yourself down into a posture that is comfortable for you. |
| 0:25.8 | Seated in a chair, a firm chair, |
| 0:31.7 | or lying on your back, you want to feel a sense of support. |
| 0:40.2 | That there is an awareness that you are being supported by something, |
| 0:45.0 | whether it's the floor or the chair. |
| 0:50.0 | And now begin to take another breath |
| 0:52.0 | as you settle into your posture. |
| 0:55.0 | Maybe turning your palms up, resting them on the floor or in your lap. |
| 1:01.7 | And just allow the breath to do its work. Notice the sound of your breath in your throat in your belly, let your belly expand with breath. |

| 1:41.0 | drawing in towards the spine as you exhale with your abdominal wall muscles. |

| 1:53.5 | because soon we'll just let the breath wash over us. Notice any swirling thoughts or charged energy that is stuck either in your mind, in your heart or any place in your body, just search it out and find it, maybe become curious |

| 2:38.5 | and then let the breath drive out any feeling or sensation or thought of heaviness or despair. Soften your jaw, your jaw increases between your eyebrows. |
