And I have a quick story for the share with you guys that ties in with what Dr. Dispenser

is about to share with us.

About 12 years ago, I wanted to buy a condo.

I always said to myself, I wanted to buy a lost style apartment.

So I started saving money with the goal of buying it before my 25th birthday.

I searched online every day, looking at different places.

And one day, I saw the place that I absolutely fell in love with.

Had everything that I wanted.

I had more than enough space.

It was close to all restaurants.

And me being from New York, it was close to all transportation, which is hugely important.

But it was listed at pretty much double of what I can afford.

But instead of me being upset, I use it as motivation.

In fact, I love to play so much that I printed a listing and taped it on the back of my closet.
