22-year-old Chelsea Brooke spent weeks working on a homemade Halloween costume to wear to Big Mike's annual Halloween bash with some friends.

She had attended this party before and was looking forward to having some fun and just letting loose.

When everyone was ready to go home, though, they had gotten separated.

Chelsea had never made it home, and after a year and a half of investigating, her killer was found and brought to justice.
