Summary

22-year-old Chelsea Bruck spent weeks working on a homemade Halloween costume to wear to Big Mike's Annual Halloween Party with some friends.  She had attended the party before and was looking forward to having some fun and letting loose.  When everyone was ready to go home, though, they had gotten separated.  Chelsea never made it home and after a year and half of investigating, her killer was found and brought to justice.
