Cat Cole is the COO and president of North America at Focus Brands.

She has spearheaded the growth of several multi-million dollar brands, including Antianns,

Carvelle, Cinebon, John Badgeuse, McCallister's, Moe's Southwestern Grill, and Schlottschke's

Deli.

But, Cat's starting line looked very different from this destination, and her journey was

far from conventional.

I was born in Jacksonville, Florida.

I'm the oldest of three girls.

I have two younger sisters.

When I was nine years old, my mom came to me and said, that's it, I'm done, we're leaving,

which meant we were leaving my father.
