Hello, I'm Alan. And together we have this wonderful podcast. We're so

thankful that you join us. Why is it called a sandwich and some love it? Well I'll tell you why.

When we were talking about all these fun names, we came up with some doosies. We should

really go through the list of

rejected podcast names one day that would be not hilarious because none of them were

funny we were trying really hard to be clever and stuff and I remember a

conversation and I don't know who originally said it.

It's not an original idea of mine, but the whole idea was all a man needs in a relationship,

how complicated women are, we need this whole list of things to be happy. in a
