It got really late. Yeah. And I just thought, well, let's just go and get a great night's sleep and we'll come back fresh. We'll come back fresh in the morning. So I get home. What does my retarded Australian brain do? Just keep me up all freaking night. and I knew, like, you know, at about 10.30 at night, because I have a certain, there's a certain feeling. Oh, yeah, it's like, it's a panic. You're still wired and your body isn't tired. And you just know it's game over. There's not, there's no sleep coming. I reckon this year I've gotten less sleep than when my kids were babies. Yeah, I reckon, yeah. You're probably right. It's just... It's just nuts. See, I walked home last night because I was like, tired but why, and I walked into a fucking waddle bush. What? There's this waddle tree at the front. And I was like, because all my lights went off. I don't know why. It was like the programming's out. So I like water, I walked straight into this Waddle tree at the front and I was like because all my lights went off I don't know why it was like the programming's out so like water and I walk straight into this waddle bush and of course like I've got massive allergies at the moment so I'm just like oh and then I end up with this allergy attack I'm like coughing and sneezing neighbors are looking I'm like from that point I was like it's done can we put up a picture of wattle bush? It's like in full bloom and it was so dark that it's walked straight. One of these things. Yeah, you still get a little bit of yellow on your shirt. I'm just a mess. I'm just such a mess. You look a bit inflamed. I'm extremely inflamed. It's just ridiculous. But doesn't matter.

I suppose we should do a show. Yeah, we'll do a good show. I was saying to you before we were recording that we're getting so close to the end of our career that we're going to, there's going to be an episode this, the end of the season. a day. There's going to be an episode before the end of the season where we just blow it up.

Pardon me. We just blow it up. So this morning, the truth will come out. As I'm driving to work, I've actually, like, in my mind, penning, because I hate using Twitter. But I was like, I was, I'm like, I made a mind has always said to me, he's like, you don't owe anyone an explanation. He's like never give give anyone an explanation. And I'm just like, in my mind, depending of like, why I'm done. People don't get it. It's not just the show. Like, I will say this. I was thinking about it. It's not just the show, right? And this, this strict regimen that we've followed for 16, 17 years. It's the disciplined two shows a week regimen. Yeah, it is. And because of that, like, we've always had the same set holiday breaks, which means, like, it's really hard to coordinate with your family and you miss out on things. But it's also, like, people don't understand how shit it is dealing with admin in Australia of, like, an office space. It's the red tape country. The tax office, you know, fair trading, all this

stuff. It's just like bookkeepers, accountants, you know, the body corporate here. It's people

don't understand. It's constant fucking bullshit. Did you see the graph that was posted a couple of

days ago and it showed the amount of government red tape compared to population density? No, I haven't seen that. We're number one in the world in red tape. I'm not surprised. Double China. Yeah. Oh, just. It's unbelievable. And that's the thing. So, like, once I come in and I do, and you do other things, like you're handling the website and managing the office in the background.

I was like, and once you do all of that, you sit down to read and the guy in the office space next to you starts singing.

And he sings constantly, like all day, you're banging on the wall.

Yeah.

It's like, my favourite is when you sit down to record and the cleaner comes just as you start.

And it's this African guy with a vacuum cleaner.

And for some reason, like, for some reason, he has a need to just slam the vacuum cleaner against the hallway.

Like, he can't get it straight to get it nice and smooth against the edge of the hallway he has to be
