Over the years, Dick writes, I've seen Lutherans disagreeing with the reform perseverance of the Saints

in Tulip.

In reading CFW Walter's law and gospel, Theses 13, he says in number six, that the decree

of election is unchangeable and that no elect person can become a reprobate and perish, but that every one of the elect

will surely be saved, which is what I believe, and that kind of sounds like the P word in Tulip, is God's work not the work of the individual.
