I had such a good time listening to your recent episode about some leadership failures.

I just think it's so great when we can tell those stories and share what we've learned so maybe other people can avoid it,

but also celebrate the learning we can have from failing.

Yeah it's such a big part of our community it's a big part of the Academy

conversations we have within our coaching for leaders Academy we have a whole

channel set up in Slack just talking about failures

because not because we're aiming for failure of course but failure is the road to

learning and to getting better and so by the way speaking of learning Bonnie I was realizing and getting a couple of emails
