So if you're a big coffee drink or big tea drinker or

you eat a lot of chocolate or whatever it might be, I'm going to share with you right

now all the different benefits and the potential risks to actually consuming that

cutting back okay so let's talk about it right now when we consume green tea or

black tea so green tea has about 35 to 70 milligrams of caffeine per cup. To put this in perspective, the

upper limit that most people should stay with is 300 milligrams or below. Now

that's just from a healthy human who doesn't have any real health risks because

I'm going to go into those in a moment. But for a lot of people that's way too much caffeine.
