ideas and tools that we hope are going to help you to navigate your squiggly career with that

bit more confidence and control. This week we're talking about the topic of our latest

Harvard Business Review article which is called howagers can make time for their career development.

squiggly careers skills sprint series whewoo! Illiteration overload! Catchy title. Just think of it as a

skills sprint. That's what we're calling it. We've got 20 episodes. Each episode focuses on a different skill and we want to talk about

what the skill is, why it matters and we've got an idea for action from each of us and a go-to guru

so that you can go and learn a bit more. And we're really trying to help people create learning momentum.
