So this is a short Monday show and I wanted to update you.

Last year I recorded two podcast 291-292 and I talked about the hardest year of my life and I suppose I should sort of dive in and kind of say well like how are things now have they improved?

Am I still in a bit of a place now obviously last year I was kind of coming out of it. I started to see the light of my business, what I'd created, my mindset, and as I sit here today, midJuly things are a lot better things are not

perfect in terms of business but we're strong we're stable and I suppose I

should kind of expand on why I think I'm now where I am and where I'm

going to move towards. Now for me my role in the fitness industry is not going to stop. I'm here to help people.

I'm here to inspire and I don't really know how to stop doing that yet. Is there going to be a day where I wake up and

decide that? Maybe, who knows? But right now it is the journey I'm on and I'm not going to

stop. So when I think about how I kept recovering and kept going and kept pushing, I had an

interview the other day with the Take Flight Podcast. I'm gonna probably repost it on this show because I really enjoyed

it and one of the things Mark asked me is he said what kept you going and part of what kept me going is sheer habit.

Now when we talk about motivation it gets you going.

You see something online you talk to a person, know, you read a book and you're motivated.
