Summary
Why are so many people afraid of failure? Because society has told us that failure is a bad thing. But because we have a winner’s mentality, we need to stop viewing failure in the negative. Cayla compares our steps in business to the learning we did as children and watching our own children learn new things. It’s adorable how our children start out learning new things and we see the progress they make in growing and learning. So what about ourselves? Instead of worrying about failure, we need to view failure as feedback.
