#336: Let's Build Some Bridges Sometimes, we find ourselves burning bridges because we lack the skills or confidence to walk away or choose ourselves. It’s a form of self-sabotage, where we consciously or unconsciously avoid reaching out or following through on opportunities that could lead to personal growth. But what if we built bridges instead of burned them? We must embrace change and actively pursue personal growth. Trusting ourselves and accepting our truths is key to creating meaningful change. 0:24.2	I think this is very apropos, the one I'm doing today, which is about Burning Bridges,
0:29.8	and I can't wait to show the words that resonated so much with me years ago,
0:35.1	because we're at that very large cultural conversation about endings and beginnings.
0:42.9	And this quote, which, oh my gosh, it just stirred something in me and I've been wanting to do
0:49.2	an episode on it just to share with you what it has brought forward for me and just actually
0:56.5	through the words what it cooked in me I had to let it resonate I had to let it
1:01.6	reverberate through my body and I think it will do the same for you and the words are
