My coming home meditation course, I talk a lot about, you know, it really tracks into some deeper layers of meditation.

settling the mind developing access concentration which is being able to be

in meditation while having full control of your mental focus during meditation,

which is very useful for being able to navigate kind of the general cavern of self

without being distracted or pulled away from whatever it is that you're focusing on

So then from there we move on and that's pretty, you know, that's, I think for the average

that people get to as an average meditator.

doesn't have that and couldn't proceed past that,
