Hello, friends, how's it going? Welcome to the podcast. I'm Corey Allen. Hope that you're doing well,

hope that you're feeling well today, and everything is going right in your life. So, you know,

one of the interesting aspects of having a large social media following is being able to get a sense of what waves moving to the culture

through looking at just general content that I see friends of mine creating what themes are arising

what you know hundreds of comments or DMs or whatever a day that I see from

people what things that I create that get the most level of attention I you know being a real

curious and pattern seeking type of individual I find it fascinating to pay attention to that stuff because it

is a view into the heart of the waves that are running through our culture and where people are at.

And so, you know, this is no huge surprise, but I should say it'll come to a shock to no one,

but one of the things I've noticed, you know, especially over the last six months or so,

is that people are feeling just really overwhelmed.

They're feeling immense nervous system fatigue. They're feeling new levels of uncertainty, of a lack of clarity of purpose, of being able to stop overthinking, to not being able to trust

themselves, to just not feel grounded or to really know how to think clearly, how to tune

into their own guidance or intuition, and how to just

kind of move things forward and feel peace and a sense of clarity. And I mean, it's no surprise

that everyone's feeling that way. You know, and so you just look at everywhere. People just feel

exhausted all the time.

And it's not because they're physically spending too much energy.

It's because just the mental drain and the nervous system fatigue of being alive in this moment of time is just really high.

You know, like another kind of subconscious data gathering thing I do is like, if you're at the grocery store or any store, but particularly somewhere like the grocery store and you're in the checkout aisle.

And, you know, they have like a little wall generally in grocery stores.
