podcast. This episode is part two. It is the completion of my second interview with Eric Thornton. We did

this interview live at his healing studio in Cottage Lake, Washington.

That is near Woodinville, for those who don't know where Cottage Lake is.

And we had such a difficulty with Skype that I just drove the 15 20 minutes to his house and we did it live.

So the audio is a little different because we're live passing the mic back and forth,

and the energy is different too

because we got to do it in his healing space

and had such wonderful conversations

about spiritual health and its practical application to our lives

and to our psyche and to our physical health and understanding a bit more about enforcing boundaries,

energetic boundaries, and he taught us several tools and this is the completion of our conversations so enjoy if you loved
