Danny Bert is a world adaptive surfing champion, doctor of physical therapy, and above-knee amputee.

In 2004, Danny was in a motorcycle crash that put her in a coma for 45 days.

She woke up completely hopeless and even suicidal.

Today we talk about our origin story in life up until that moment, what she experienced

while she was in that coma, and how she was able to convert her anger and depression into

positive growth, and why she's devoted the rest of her life towards helping others to find

the same level of empowerment. This opportunity to hear Danny's remarkable story was made
