This is one of those things that people I think have the wrong viewpoint on, but for whatever reason because of that wrong viewpoint it

It's because they're afraid of failing at that thing.

Which has never made much sense to me because if you really think about it

plan we're gonna go three days a week and I'm going to go do chest on Mondays and back on
