90% of them are just like, I'm not interested. But as soon as I saw yours, I was like, I really want to

speak to this guy. Because, well, first of all, I mean, why don't you introduce

yourself? Because it's so interesting and I'm probably going to get it. A former Buddhist monk,

okay, how would you like introduce yourself? Yeah, I have a kind of an interesting background and a lot of

different things in my background. But what I usually say is, you, and I'm a coach for men who are struggling with porn addiction.

I do have a background in genetics and genomics.

My background is really in the sciences.

I was working on a PhD in genetics.

And I also have a background in Buddhist meditation

and taught meditation for many years.

Also spent some time as a monk in Asia.

So I kind of bring together the scientific world and a bit of the meditative spiritual
