Welcome to Grumpy Old Geeks, I'm Jason DeFilippo. And I'm Brian Schultmeister. We are

recording at night, which we have not done for a long time and I know from my messages with you

earlier that you have some beers. I have a lugga-needis Maximus perfectly chilled by my side.

I'm insanely jealous. I'm overcaffeinated in under alcohol. I've pushed my digital detox to a

complete detox because me and my family have basically been sick for the entire month of March.

I've had two beers in two weeks, one beer each at each memorial I had to go to over the weekend

and that's it. So I have nothing but iced tea in front of me and we are all just trying to get

healthy here. I'm miss booze. I was going to say this is not like a spiritual detox. This is just

whole noise. It's sick of being sick of being sick. Yeah, you're trying to detox so you could

actually drink again. Yes, exactly. Let's be clear on that. All right. You had me worried

there for a second. I had a very sad. I'm very sad because we so rarely do night time recordings.

This is the opportunity for us to let our free flag fly, but it's just going to be you.

So I'll have to try to rain you in I suppose. I guess, I guess or just let me go.

Just let me go. I'll just turn off my mic and walk away. You may not notice after the end of

the sixth year. Okay. So I've got a bit of follow up. I know we've been talking a lot,

particularly recently about our nostalgia for the old web. And I ran across this article.

You can never go home to geocities again. And we have now fast-forwarded our culture so much that

we are recycling the early days of the internet. It is time for that to come back again.

Well, it hasn't one of our tag lines on the show. Ben, this has all happened before.
