Summary

Treat yourself like a dependent, because you are one. A community of ONE means that you put your oxygen mask on first before you can help others. Lead by example and let the chips fall where they may.

0:05.4

the 8th. So today we're talking about responsibility. This is the Sunday Swelosophy.

0:10.7

Tomorrow's episode is our weekly accountability meeting. Now, I will say that at this time of

0:16.5

recording, I do not believe it's going to be at 12 noon Eastern time. I have an appointment.

0:23.6

So the time is to be announced.

0:26.6

I'm going to narrow that down and give you some more details and send you out of Swoltec so you know exactly when the accountability meeting is.

0:33.6

Because on Monday, of course, we do new releases.

0:36.6

So I want to make sure you're there for that. We might be doing it a little bit earlier rather than later in getting it done earlier in the morning. So just keep an eye out for that swall text. I'll update you for tomorrow's episode. So we're talking about responsibility. Now, a lot of you, because it's June, you recently went through your taxes or maybe did an extension, whatever it is, you guys know what dependents are. So if you have, you're filing your taxes

0:59.0

and you have a dependent, that's either a spouse, that's a child or multiple children,

1:03.4

people that depend on you, all right? You're listing dependents. You're listing,

1:07.0

you're listing people that depend on you for their life, for their livelihood,

1:16.6

for your income. You are, your income is handling not just yourself, but other people that are dependent upon you. So let's talk about that concept of responsibility and dependence.

1:21.8

Remember, when we talk about community, I always say, especially on Fridays, fuck on Friday,

1:25.7

that you want to narrow down your community.

1:29.4

You want to eliminate people around you.

1:34.5

And again, eliminate people not because you're a mean person, but distance yourself from people that are not serving you that are not on the same track as you.

1:37.5

Because you all know that most people around you are complete drones.

1:41.1

They're in the matrix.

1:41.8

They don't care.

1:42.5

They don't want to learn.

1:43.5

They don't want to change. They don't want to change.

1:44.4

They just want to bread and circus. They want to watch the game. They want to talk about the weather. They want to talk about some TV show. They want to see the latest movie. They want to go get beer and wings and just do nothing. They're just looking for it out. They have no purpose, no direction. They're just floating through life, doing whatever society tells them. Okay, they're NPCs. So when we talk about responsibility and dependence, you are the number one dependence. When I say community, I'm talking about narrowing down your circle. Now, there's people maybe at your work, you have a job, you have a career, you're doing something. There might be people that you deal with that suck. You have a customer that comes in and customer, you know the saying the customer is always right. I always say the customer is not always right. Usually oftentimes the customer is wrong. What the concept is, it's your customer, serve this person. Now, of course, there are good customers, bad customers, and I don't think that just because you're a customer, you deserve the world. You need to be respectful and not be retarded and so on and so forth.
