I know we're a few days away from the New Year's rolling around and I'm really excited about things that I feel like God is just speaking about goals in this time of year and having a vision for your life and I know for many of you that this whole concept

excites you a lot and you're like I slam at goals I love setting goals and

some of you go it I hate goals I don't want want to do it. It's kind of the same, it's a relationship

like our bodies. We obsess or neglect and so I want to get us all back into the

midline, you know, like if you've already got your goals all ready to go, maybe can I

get you to just exhale, release them a little bit, and listen to today's podcast and see if you

have done these six things, even before you have made a goal. Uh oh okay so I'm not

even at goals yet we're talking about what to do to find your goal to get the
