all of these behaviors are signals that our anxiety is bubbling up, that our anxiety is at a place of we are on the edge here. Now we all know in

up and feel our heart racing and be able to take action. But we also need to bounce right back again into that parasympathetic nervous system

and rest and recover and digest and be. That's our normal state. So what happens when we have these anxious dozen happening in our lives that I like to look at them as signals that our anxiety is bubbling up and to remember that it's not
