The scenes of the last few days, I never thought I would see the masked ice Asians repelling from a helicopter in a Chicago building at 1 a.m., joining those

barging in on the ground, knocking down doors, throwing kids and tenants out of bed and

out on the street, zip tying even children. One ICE agent was overheard by a witness who was

there as saying, fuck the children, grabbing two men in Cicero, Illinois out of a bakery,

roughing up a Chicago politician. These are scenes that more resemble

Berlin in the 1930s of the Soviet or Russia today than America. You know, Trump's plans, I think,

are very simple. My thoughts were confirmed by a typically insightful Tom Edsel, New York Times

column. This is a rehearsal for the

midterm elections. If Trump thinks there's any danger he'll lose, he's going to send in federal

forces to man ballot boxes, intimidate voters, declare the insurrection act. You know, in short, what Trump wants, he clearly wants
