So I've read a little bit about the book and in the pre-show we talked a little bit. So let's dive in

what inspired you to write this book? Well, you know, it's tricky. Like I go back to 2010 and I wrote

this paper that wound up becoming a chapter in a book and the paper was called, are you a human

anti-depressant? And at the time I thought about compulsive caretaking is being this, you know,

sort of one directional thing that people were doing to each other. But as I got together with
