Hi guys. We are excited for this episode today. It actually stemmed from a conversation that I had on Instagram with my followers. I should pull it up. But basically, I was telling people that the boys have really been expected to do more things for themselves. We've been working on this. You guys have been hearing me talk about it

for about two years or so. But we've really kicked it up a notch. A lot of you know we've moved

into a new house. And so that is a beautiful house that has a lot of storage and we're able to

And the most common thing were moms that were like, okay, what ages did you start at?

And also like, how do I do this?

Like basically a lot of moms and dads know that their kids should do more and they want to get on that path. But it does feel hard to start a habit, especially if you haven't had one.

So we're going to use this episode to talk about the ways that we've done it, kind of both of our philosophies on it.
