How's it going? Excellent excellent great to talk to you

dan yeah where are you from um well let's say I grew up in upstate New York mostly since I was 11

but before that I was kind of bouncing over the world I was born in Virginia and then was in

France from like three and a half to seven Singapore back to

France and then Spain before I went to the U.S. So my first 10 years was like European, Asian

suburbs and then it was very rural American countryside. And now I live in Texas. Well, that's better.

What were you doing in Europe and I assume your parents were working over there?

Yeah, exactly.

Not military.

My dad worked for the vegetable seed industry.

So we were, yeah, all over Europe and Asia, mostly in France.

I went to a Catholic school in France.

My first, at one point I spoke French better than English, but that's certainly not the case now.

It's a perishable skill, I'm told.

And also, who needs to speak French anyways?

Exactly.

It hasn't.

They're worse than the Chinese, some say.
